I love seeing all the birds come out in spring, so I recently got The Divine Feather Messenger deck which is a card deck of 44 birds with messages associated with each of the birds. On one side of the deck is a watercolor print of a feather from the bird, and on the other side is a watercolor print of the bird and a short inspiring message. The idea is that when you pull a card that the message of whichever bird shows up is what you are meant to hear, ponder, think about.

This goes in line with what Symbolic Living is about. That whatever shows up in your life, it is meaningful and synchronistic, and is meant to convey a message to you in that moment. Like how we interpret dreams, the symbols of life are all around us while we are awake and living in the real world. They are there for a reason, for us to receive a message and interpret what it means for our lives.

When a bird shows up in your yard at random, like a hummingbird, a cardinal, or a blue jay, it can be a lot of fun to think about what that could mean. It is a way of seeing the world, that nothing is really random, but that everything is interconnected and you are at the right place at the right time exactly as you are meant to be to have that experience so you can learn something from it.

Like astrology, as the planets move and according to when and where they are placed, we have a message to interpret and think about how it means something in our life.

I'm sure all of you reading this have at some point had something happen in your life that seemed so fitting and synchronistic. Perhaps you witnessed something that got you thinking, or someone called you out of the blue with just the right thing to say, or you suddenly read or heard a key word or phrase at random that just seemed so precisely relevant for you in that moment that if felt like 1 in a million odds that specific type of thing would happen just then. Like thinking, "What are the odds that that would happen right now like some kind of Divine message?"

Symbolic Living is a way of seeing the world. By observing and interpreting how the seemingly random things are happening in the world around you, especially in nature, you can come to understand more about yourself and find greater meaning in life.

It can be a lot of fun to interpret the world this way. The Divine Messenger Deck is fitting for Mercury in Gemini - the winged messenger of the gods. When a bird shows up in your yard, or hovers around you, or you hear it sing it's song, you can have a look at the meaning and message associated with that bird and see how it can be applied to your life.

Just the right message at the right time can help you make more sense of your current situation and where you are in life and prompt you to think more deeply about what it all means.

Artists during the medieval and renaissance periods very often used images of certain birds, flowers, archetypal depictions of ancient gods and goddesses to represent certain messages, convey feelings and types of ideas that they would like the viewer to ponder.

Mercury has been depicted with wings on his ankles and helmet on his head to represent the swiftness of movement, quick thinking, and the sending of messages.

Hey everyone! I watch a lot of vintage shows these days because I'm really not into anything much at all that is current in the mainstream. So, I was watching a variety of sketches from The Carol Burnett Show and this one is a comedic take on obsession with beauty and how people feel about their looks and the emotions it can bring up.

This is suitable for Venus in Taurus - as Venus is the Goddess of Love, beauty and attraction, with her symbol also representative of a hand mirror, and Venus rules Taurus. I just looked to see what Carol Burnett's Birthday is and she is in fact a Taurus - born April 26, 1933! Enjoy!

Hey Everyone! As many of you know I have had back problems for some time, and I suspect many of you may also as so many of us spend a lot of time hunched over a computer these days!

Capricorn rules the skeletal system and the structure of our bodies. Leo rules the spine, but Capricorn is associated with the entire skeletal system as a whole, with a particular focus on the knees.

I have tried a lot of options to help my back, neck, shoulder problem and I am still in pain 24/7 (massage therapy, TENS/EMS machine, physiotherapy, vibrating massage tools, exercise, stretching, yoga, back brace, etc.) Some days all I do is tend to my back/neck/shoulder, it is that persistant and painful!

I want to share with you a new tool I just started trying out that just might help you too if you have such problems. I just got it today and it's totally awesome and simple to use! I can already feel a difference. I just placed it on my yoga mat, layed back on it and rolled back and forth and wow! What a difference. My back cracked so many times and feels much better already! So, this just be the trick for you or someone you know, I totally recommend it!

This is the one I got. It is quite hard which is great for me, but there are others that are a bit softer as well depending on your needs.

Hey everyone. I know my readers like symbolism so here are some interestingly coincidental things I've found about Jupiter and The Notre Dame Cathedral.

Macron referred to himself as a French ruler like Jupiter! Jupiter is now Retrograde in Sagittarius which rules religion and history. Jupiter is the ruling planet of Sagittarius so it is where Jupiter is said to hold the most power.

And for those of you into Numerology. Macron's Party En March won majority power on June 18, 2017 = 666 days before the Notre Dame Cathedral Burned down. And for more Numerological coincidences, the US election of November 8, 2016 was 888 days before.

Maybe it's all just coincidences... but synchronistically strange none the less. Perhaps all the world is a stage... a chess board stage.

I am a Libra and loving the Mars' energy. I would hate to go back to my undecisive, confused, calculating self. I am loving this fast and furious forwrad movement of my life these days with Mars energy. Am I going to loose it all once mars leaves Libra in July and not have it for next 12 yrs? How can I hold one to MARS? How can I keep this "ENERGY" with me? Please HELP.... :(

Nadiya~ oh my goodness.. when can I start to use it again! I made a major choice a month ago~ a lifestyle change. I changed homes, and relationships because really, someone came along that pretty much said, you are very colorful and people need to see you happy. I knew before I met this person that leaving the time to leave the other was here. I also have two children from that relationship ... and gathering and preparing for them to be in a new safe place has been a slow but steady process. I have aries rising, sun-moon-mercury all in scorp.. with libra in mars.... I haven't been able to see my kids very much and it is eating me .... they are my biggest fans as I am theirs...I feel like I pulled the welcoming mat from under some loved ones ... I was miserable though. thoughts and prayers please. I know this will pass~ I thought I had already gone through all of the hard lessons I'd put myself through but nope, sometimes there are no certainties. I am a college student and work at the university..26.... keeping myself busy has helped through this... I feel like I'm letting my kids down because I'm not around as much lately... that will change as soon as everyone on my side is done preparing for them... ex: setting up house. Luckily, the people that my kids and I are living with are so welcoming and see a mother in need. I am strong. Much love!
